Dashboard X este un tweak lansat acum cateva luni de zile in Cydia, iar cu ajutorul sau putem adauga widget-uri in Springboard-ul iDevice-urilor noastre. Da, Dashboard X iti permite sa afisezi in Springboard widget-uri din Notifications Center si eu iubesc acest tweak, insa din pacate am renuntat la el dupa cateva zile de utilizate deoarece avea multe probleme probleme de functionalitate. Pentru ca tweak-ul este atat de popular, dezvoltatorul sau ii imbunatateste constant functionalitatea si rezolva problemele, iar acum versiunea 2.0 a Dashboard X va fi disponibila in Cydia si ea aduce extrem de multe schimbari :

- rewrite from scratch (!!)
- dropped the alert for deleting widgets.
- pop over for adding a new widget on the iPad
- resizing widgets (two finger pinch)
- new animations for adding a new widget on iPhone
- ‘suck’ (contrary to the name, it does not, ‘suck’ :P) animation when removing widgets
- in ‘Add New Widget’ dialog widgets no longer have “_” in their names
- Compatibility with no dots tweak
- option to ‘replace background’ — replaces widgets’ backgrounds with a nicer ones
- when in wiggle mode and moving widgets, a tap and hold is required before actually moving the widget, like with normal app icons.
- different positions for different orientations on the iPad (on home screen)
- dashboard screen supports all (landscape right, left and portrait upside down) orientations.
- Lots and lots of bug fixes and other improvements.
Aceasta versiune a tweak-ului ne permite sa pozitionam widget-uri in landscape/portrait mode, ne permite sa redimensionam widget-urile afisate in Springboard, aduce noi animatii pentru adaugarea widget-urilor, plus multe altele. Dashboard X este disponibil pentru 1.99$ in Cydia, iar changelog-ul acesta ma face sa renunt la iOS 6 pentru a testa noua versiune a tweak-ului.
