Romanian Police: IMPORTANT announcement regarding the OXYGEN Vignette

Romanian Police Vinieta OXYGEN

Romanian police made a very important announcement regarding the OXIGEN vignette, which the capital's city hall had announced it would introduce from March 1, but which Gabriela Firea will remove on Monday, and there is at least one serious reason why she will do this.

Romanian police, through the Bucharest Road Brigade, announced that the necessary approval was not requested for the OXIGEN vignette to enter into force on March 1, as it is mandatory for such a tax imposed by a municipality for its citizens.

Romanian police says that she was not asked for her approval for the decision of the local council of the Municipality of Bucharest by which she was notified of the introduction of the OXIGEN vignette, and this means that any fines she may face can be annulled in court, together with that decision.

Romanian police he did not receive any request for approval of the OXIGEN vignette because the Capital City Hall did not ask for it, without any explanation yet, but regardless of the situation, it is very clear that from March 1st no obligation will be imposed on drivers.

Romanian police says that even the signs regarding the ZACA area, which the Capital City Hall has already installed, were not placed with any approval from the Road Brigade, so no one has to respect them, and again, any fines can be contested.

"In accordance with the road regulations, local authorities establish limitations regarding circulation, parking, parking, for different categories of vehicles only with the approval of the traffic police. Drivers will not only be able to challenge the fine they received, they will have the opportunity to challenge the General Council decision citing this lack of approval."

Romanian police practically comes with very good news for all drivers, and this is because the OXIGEN vignette cannot be applied without its approvals, so no fines will be issued from March 1, so that everyone will be able to move freely through the center of the Capital.
