The MAI published today the list of proposals that will be imposed to allow people to travel outside the localities after May 15, and below you can see the conditions under which the authorities would like to be able to travel from next weekend.
The MAI lists the reasons on the basis of which people will be able to go outside the localities, but for now we are only talking about a proposal made by the ministry, the project being subject to public debate until the following days, when it will be adopted in a final form.
The MAI does not seem to indicate that self-responsibility declarations would be eliminated, and this is because a number of reasons are listed on the basis of which one can leave the localities, so a document will be needed for the police to check.
