The Government of Romania Postpones the Application of the New Restrictions throughout the Country

The Romanian government postpones the application of restrictions

The Romanian government says that the application of the new restrictions imposed due to the Coronavirus pandemic is being postponed, so that everything that was adopted during the day yesterday will not come into force until Sunday, March 28, and this is because it also needs to be published in Official Gazette, and preparations.

The Romanian government gives the stores time to prepare to be able to close earlier, this means that people will be present in larger numbers in the locations, so preparations are needed for everything to run smoothly in any conditions.

"Clarifications regarding the CNSU Decision regarding the new measures

Today the decision will be published in the Official Gazette, however, considering the short time that economic operators would have at their disposal to prepare, I had a discussion with Mr. Arafat and determined that these measures should be applied from Sunday, 28 March."
