Each self-responsibility declaration model must be used in accordance with the time at which staying at home is required, so you must be careful to use the correct one for your locality depending on the incidence rate in the locality.
Theoretically, the self-responsibility declaration model can also be completed by hand by Romanians, but it would be best to have a printed version to be in line with what the Romanian Government imposes as information that appears in them.
