Government of Romania: We are the first country to vaccinate children

The Government of Romania announced, through the voice of the Prime Minister, that Romania is the first country in Europe to vaccinate children between the ages of 12 and 15, and this very shortly after the authorization was given for the serum from Pfizer BioNTech.

The Romanian government allows any children to be vaccinated in vaccination centers throughout the country, if they are accompanied by an adult, they can also schedule themselves through the online platform to do so.

"We do not, we do not discriminate when it comes to vaccinated people, we do not say whether they are adults or children. You have seen that even at playgrounds the role of these relaxations or conditions is to further encourage vaccination. What must be said is that Romania is the first country in the European Union to start vaccination for children between 12 and 15 years old, which shows a great responsibility on our part."
