OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2 beta build 12C50 este disponibil, aduce integrarea cu Facebook si PowerNap pentru MacBook Air 2010

  In cursul acestei nopti Apple a lansat OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2 beta build 12C50, o versiune a sistemului de operare care aduce in sfarsit integrarea cu reteaua de socializare Facebook, posibilitatea de a sincroniza numerele de telefon pentru iMessage/Facebook si functia PowerNap pentru MacBook Air 2010. Pentru acest build Apple a inclus si un changelog, deci exista posibilitatea ca aceasta sa fie versiunea finala a OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2 avand in vedere ca ea contine cateva noutati care aduc practic, compatibilitatea cu iOS 6.

  Noul OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2 este disponibil in portalul dedicat dezvoltatorilor pe website-ul Apple. Dintre toate functiile implementate de catre Apple, cea mai importanta este sincronizarea numerelor de telefon cu iMessage/Facetime, deoarece daca o persoana va suna pe numarul vostru, voi puteti raspunde pe iPhone, iPad sau Mac, acelasi lucru find valabil si in cazul iMessage. Practic acum Apple va da posibilitatea de a raspunde unde doriti acestui gen de apeluri/mesaje, iar masura aceasta trebuia luata acum multi ani.

The 10.8.2 update also includes general operating system fixes that improve the stability, compatibility and security of your Mac, including the following fixes: 

– An option to discard the changes in the original document when choosing Save As 
– Unsent drafts are opened automatically when launching Mail 
– Receive Twitter notifications for mentions and replies from anyone 
– URLs are shortened when sending tweets from Notification Center 
– Notifications are disabled when AirPlay Mirroring is being used 
– SSL support for Google searches from the Smart Search Field in Safari 
– New preference to have Safari launch with previously open webpages
