Romanian Government: August 1 Possible Date for Abandoning the Mask

The Government of Romania August 1 Possible Date of Relinquishing the Mask

The Romanian government surprises today, through Prime Minister Florin Citu, and announces that August 1 could be the date on which the obligation to wear a mask in Romania could be waived, at least on the street, as it is imposed at the moment in our country.

The Romanian government does not want to eliminate from June 1 the obligation to wear a mask anywhere in public spaces, but this could happen from August 1, if the number of vaccinated people will be high enough and if the number of cases will decrease substantial.
