The Romanian government proposes that in the end the COVID certificate is also used in Romania to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, and this after the Delta variant began to spread non-stop in our country, generating many new cases of infection.

The Romanian government wants, with the approval of the CNSU, for this COVID certificate to be used in areas where the incidents exceed the threshold of 3/1000 inhabitants, as it happens in many other countries in Europe, so it is possible that things will similar to us.

"a) Allowing activities in certain economic fields, if the cumulative incidence at 14 days is greater than 3 / 1.000 inhabitants and less than or equal to 6 / 1.000 inhabitants, only for persons vaccinated, tested or sick, so :

– Sports competitions organized in closed or open spaces can be held with the participation of spectators up to 30% of the maximum capacity of the space, with the wearing of a protective mask and ensuring a distance of at least 1 meter between spectators;

– The activity in cinemas, performance institutions and/or concerts can be carried out with the participation of spectators up to 50% of the maximum capacity of the space, with the wearing of a protective mask;

– The organization and holding in open spaces of shows, concerts, public and private festivals or other cultural events can be carried out with the participation of no more than 1.000 spectators, wearing protective masks;

– Private events in closed spaces (weddings, christenings), in halls, cultural hostels, restaurants, bars, cafes, event halls/tents can be held with the participation of a maximum of 200 people, with the provision of an area of ​​at least 2 square meters for each the person;

- The organization of training courses and workshops can be carried out with the participation of a maximum of 150 people in closed spaces, respectively a maximum of 200 people in open spaces, with the wearing of a protective mask and ensuring a surface of at least 2 square meters for each the person;

- The organization of conferences in closed spaces can be carried out with the participation of a maximum of 150 people, with the wearing of a protective mask and the provision of an area of ​​at least 2 square meters for each person;

- The organization of rallies and demonstrations can be carried out with the participation of a maximum of 100 people, subject to certain measures:

- The activity of restaurants and cafes, in closed spaces, can be carried out in the time interval 0500-0200 up to 50% of the maximum capacity of the space;

– The activity of sports/fitness halls in closed spaces can be carried out with the participation of people up to 50% of the maximum capacity of the space, with the provision of a surface of at least 7 square meters for each person;

– The activity of licensed economic operators in the field of gambling can be carried out with the participation of people up to 50% of the maximum capacity of the space;

– The activity of economic operators who manage playgrounds for children in closed spaces can be carried out in the time interval 0500-2400 up to 50% of the maximum capacity of the space;

– The activity of indoor pools can be carried out up to 50% of the maximum capacity of the space.

b) Allowing the development of activities in certain economic fields, if the cumulative incidence at 14 days is greater than 3 / 1.000 inhabitants and less than or equal to 6 / 1.000 inhabitants, only for vaccinated persons, as follows:

– Activity in bars, clubs and discotheques can be carried out in the time interval 0500-0200 up to 30% of the maximum capacity of the space;

- The activity of the gaming rooms can be carried out in the time interval 0500-0200 up to 50% of the maximum capacity of the space."
