I have written a tool called Clim8te Change, which makes winterboard themes, but with the simplicity of summerboard themes. All you have to provide is the icons. It is written in java, and thus able to run on nearly any computer. It needs some minor adjustments to make it a publicly release, so give me around a week. The tool is intended to make theme making something that anyone can do. It will save professionals hours, and the themes should come out as “professional grade” with few manual fixes needed.
