AirPrint Activator is a very interesting program for Windows that does exactly what its name says, that is, it activates AirPrint for Windows users. But tweak- seems to do more than that because once activated it will give you the possibility to use any printer to print using your iDevice. For Mac there is an application called Printopia that adds compatibility with any printer and for Windows there is this AirPrint that works on both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows.
To activate AirPrint using this program all you have to do is download it from here, to activate it and then to share the printer on the network. It should work without problems and is simpler than the old tutorial for enabling AirPrint.
