How well does your mobile operator treat you?

If you have a mobile phone subscription with a Romanian operator, then you have probably noticed that after signing the contract, you are not given much attention. Recently, there have been some articles in the press claiming that Vodafone and Orange have each lost 500.000 customers in the last year, probably in favor of Cosmote, RDS, or maybe everything is just a pure invention. Regardless of the number of lost customers, mobile phone operators focus on attracting new customers and not on keeping the old ones. I'm sure that some of you wanted to renegotiate your subscriptions with the operators and found that their offer is not really that great, at least not as great as in the case of those who sign up for a new subscription.

I went through this experience 1 year ago when I wanted to extend my subscription, but what was offered to me did not fit my needs at all. New customers get better offers, old customers are forgotten, and this is not only about phone subscriptions, but also offers for the purchase of a phone. This situation is encountered by all operators in Romania, unfortunately, and they hardly start to fix the problems. I will tell you that I have been a subscriber of a mobile phone operator for 5 years and I only received 20 anniversary minutes for my birthday, nothing more. I'm not even talking about purchased phones. How well are you treated by your mobile operator?
