A quarter of homes around the world have a Wi-Fi HotSpot installed

According to a new study run by an American company, a quarter of homes around the world have a Wi-Fi HotSpot installed and active. The American company conducted the study in 17 countries around the world and discovered that in South Korea there are homes with the most installed Wi-Fi HotSpots, the country being recognized for its affinity for technology. On the next places are Great Britain, Germany, France and Japan, and the USA occupies only the sixth position, although we are talking about the country where the newest technologies are generally presented.

Even if the global situation would be different from the one presented by the study, the truth is that many users choose to install Wi-Fi HotSpots in their own homes after purchasing a laptop or a mobile terminal. In the future, more and more houses will have such hotspots and if you activate the Wi-Fi connection of your terminal now, you will probably find a rather large list of hotspots to which you can connect.
