AssistantServer Installer installs "Siri", offers many opportunities

AssistantServer is a tweak released last evening in Cydia, and with its help we can install a "Siri" that works almost as well as the original assistant, but it is based on other services. More precisely, AssistantServer does not connect to Apple's servers but to Google's servers that recognize all the commands given by us, but otherwise you will be able to interact with applications, you will be able to set various actions but you will not be able to search through Wolfram Alpha, at least not from start. The interesting part of this tweak is that it allows us to introduce certain API Keys that allow us to use Siri together with services such as: Wolfram Alpha, Bing, Google Translate, Bing Translate, Yelp, plus many others.

Run SiriServer with Google API on the iDevices! This package installs SiriServer, which bypasses the middle man (like i4Siri) and connects directly to Google servers. No monthly fee! Reboot your device after installation, then go to Settings>SiriServer and follow the instructions! No icons have been added to your home screen! Note that this is not the original Siri made by Apple, but it comes very close to it! Not all commands are available, it is based on plugins, which could also be installed manually. This package installs a server on your device, and it connects to the public speech recognition software Google is providing. All you need is Spire or any other siri port, and this package; you do not need a proxy or any other server address. It's that easy! It has been tested, and it works with most Siri tweaks available on Cydia. This (paid) package is DRM free, please don't steal it.

The worst part about AssistantServer Installer is that it works with Spire, so you can't use it on iOS 5.1 because Spire isn't compatible with it. The good part is that the tweak is compatible with any others already available in Cydia and offers a pretty good experience for those who do not have an iPhone 4S terminal. AssistantServer Installer is available for $0.99 in Cydia, but it only works with iPhone and iPod Touch.
