The title of the article is more or less inspired from a comment of a user and I think it is worth explaining a little the situation in which Apple finds itself, but also the situation in which users find themselves at the moment. Until now, various rumors have appeared on the Internet that have the new in the foreground iPhone 5 which would be launched in the fall on the market, most of them supporting the idea of launching a taller iPhone which: would have a 4-inch screen, would be thinner, would have a case made of aluminum and glass, would have a port new 19-pin connector, would have the audio port moved to the base and would have the FaceTime camera repositioned in the middle of the screen.
If all this information is true, then the new iPhone 5 will definitely be worth buying, although many say that the design would be so terrible that it would not even be worth considering. These statements make me remember the May-June period of 2010 when Gizmodo presented the iPhone 4 to the whole world and hordes of iPhone terminal owners strongly asserted that the device is ugly, the design is not Apple's, and in the end they ended up he buys it. Then, as now, the statements are based on blurred images, more or less accurate concepts and rumors with incomplete information, and for now no one is able to say for sure that they will buy the iPhone 5 or not because they don't know how it looks. The belief that the iPhone will be ugly and that it will look like a "remote control" must be forgotten because when you hold it in your hand you will notice that those 10mm added to the height are insignificant, but the 4 inch screen will matter a lot.
Returning to the title, the iPhone 5 is announced to be a great success, but it will not be the beginning of the end for Apple, just as the iPhone 4S did not in any way affect sales or the image of the company. The iPhone is a product loved by the masses of people all over the world, the iPhone will be bought by the masses no matter if it is 4 inches or 3.5, the iPhone will be just as popular no matter how it looks and this is because Apple knows to offer people exactly what they need to take the money out of their pockets. I believe that iPhone 5 will surpass iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S in sales, and its release will increase even more the popularity of the Apple company, but this only if it will have everything that has been presented so far. If Apple releases a new iPhone 4S, then we probably won't see record sales, but we won't see the fall of the Apple company either.
