Developer of the tweak IconsLock thought and developed the IconsSB tweak which has approximately the same functionality, the change being that the buttons for closing/resetting/activating the respring function are available in Springboard, in the section where the number of pages with available applications is displayed. The tweak also works on iOS 5 and is compatible with all iDevices.
