Jitter Launch is a new tweak launched today in Cydia, and with its help you can open applications even in situations where you have activated their deletion system. Normally you can't do this, but the tweak removes security measures from iOS and of course it's not for everyone. Jitter Launch is available for free in Cydia's ModMyi repo.
