Blacklist Manager is an application that promises to block calls/sms/imessages received on your iDevices, but in reality it is a blatant scam. Why? Because no application in the App Store will be able to block any call or message, Apple not offering developers APIs to allow them to do so. Only through jailbreak can you get such functionality, so don't spend your money for nothing.
