Apple hides an easter egg for Lord of The Rings fans in OS X Mountain Lion

  Easter Eggs are small surprises hidden by developers inside their own programs, Apple has a habit of including such surprises in its software and a new one was recently discovered in OS X. Fans of the Lord of The Rings series have the opportunity to to discover in OS X Mountain Lion a timeline of the unfolding of the entire story. To see what Apple has included, you need to open the Terminal application and run the command cat /usr/share/calendar/calendar.lotr, and then you will see the entire text below displayed.
