Apple has filed an application for the registration of a technology that would allow users to find out from their slippers when they need to be changed. The system involves the installation of a sensor and an alarm system inside the slippers, which notify the user when the slipper is damaged and needs to be changed.
Apple says in the application that the long use of the slippers leads to their damage, to the loss of stability, and the sensors implemented in them will alert users when they need to make a change. The idea itself is interesting, but I don't know how useful it will ever be, considering that most people can tell by themselves when a slipper needs to be changed, and a system like this will not affect much the decision to make a change.
