Apple was sued because of the launch of the iMessage system

The system iMessage it was launched by Apple together with iOS 5 in 2011 and is used by approximately 200 million iDevice owners. Although the system proved to be extremely popular, it seems to have determined an American company to sue Apple, accusing it of infringing its patents. The company lists several patents that Apple infringes by including the iMessage system in iDevices, Time Capsule, Airport express, AirPort Extreme, but iCloud and any other messaging services are mentioned along with iMesage.

According to the Mobile Telecommunications Technologies company, all forms of messaging, except for SMS, included by Apple violate its patents, and those from Cupertino should stop selling iDevices. Although no one knows if this is true, Apple has a new, not very simple process in front of them in which they have to prove that the iMessage system was developed based on their own technologies or technologies licensed from some companies and not patented and unlicensed technologies.
