Someone stole a credit card in an attempt to place the winning bid in the auction for a meeting with Tim Cook

I told you this morning that $600.000 is the bid that could get one lucky person a date with Tim Cook, the CEO Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, offering to have a coffee with a person willing to donate an exorbitant amount of money. To ensure that he gets a meeting with Tim Cook, one person went as far as he stole a credit card with which he placed an offer of $605.000 for the meeting with Tim Cook. Probably alerted by the cardholder's bank, the auction organizers canceled the offer and probably the credit card was canceled along with it.

The story demonstrates how far some are willing to go to meet Apple's CEO.
