The company Distimo, specialized in analyzing the US mobile application market, recently launched a study through which he offers some interesting information about App Storethe American. According to those from Distimo, 47.000 dollars are collected daily by the developer of the application which ranks 10th in the top of the applications that generate the most money in the US App Store. The amount is enormous if we consider that monthly that application generates over 1.2 million dollars for the developer, but we are still talking about the US App Store.
Things are not really that bad for the developer of the application who occupies the 50th place in that top, he collects no less than 12.000 dollars every day. Regarding free applications, the application on the 10th place in the top generates 72.000 daily downloads, and the application on the 50th place generates 23.000 daily downloads. In the case of applications developed only for the iPad, the figures are 2.8 times lower, a sign that the market is not as big and users do not spend as much money.
