I assume that most of you are familiar with the fact that almost any kind of lawsuit can be filed in the US, no matter how ridiculous they are. Well, such a lawsuit was filed against Apple in the US, a lawyer supporting ciDevices should have a pornographic filter implemented. He claims that the Internet is "full of dangers", so Apple should implement a filter that does not allow access to websites with pornographic content. The man was "attacked" by such a website when he tried to log in on facebook.com, but instead ended up on fuckbook.com, where he was assaulted by all kinds of ladies who made him forget about his wife and to desire the company of much younger women.
Apple employees know that a man is born full of harmonies and attacked by women engaging in sexual acts with the intent to cause vicarious arousal. The Plaintiff began desiring younger more beautiful girls featured in porn videos than his wife, who was no longer 21. His failed marriage caused the Plaintiff to experience emotional distress to the point of hospitalization. The Plaintiff could no longer tell the difference between Internet pornography and tangible intercourse due to the content he accessed through the Apple products, which failed to provide him with warnings of the dangers of online pornography whatsoever. Unregulated Internet porn is hurting brick and mortar or 'mom and pop' porn shops.
It's hard to say if the man simply wants to get money from Apple, or is complexed by the fact that he is too old to attract the young ladies he saw on porn websites, but the process itself is a joke. Despite the tragi-comic expression in the document published below, we must realize that in the US any strange person can sue anyone, no matter how ridiculous the lawsuit is, and the worst part is that some people lose a lot of money defending - in front of processes like this.
