Apple intends to partially replace Samsung for the manufacture of the A8 chip

Chip A7 is produced by the Koreans from Samsung, other companies not being able to take over at least partially the orders from Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), for this face. Although this year Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), he did not manage to give up at least to a certain extent Samsung regarding the production of the chip that includes the processor of iDevices, next year a Taiwanese company would follow to produce up to 70% of the total chips for iDevices. TSMC is the name of this company and Apple would be extremely determined to give it contracts for the manufacture of up to 70% of the total A8 chips needed for iPhone 6 si iPad 6, the information being of course unofficial.

This year TSMC didn't manage to produce enough functional A7 chips to receive Apple's certification for manufacturing this component of iDevices, but probably by next year the Taiwanese will improve their production lines. Apple has been trying for over 1 year to reduce its dependence on Samsung in terms of manufacturing components for iDevices, and if in the case of screens it managed to find alternatives that would not force it to contract only Samsung, it seems that only this year in the future, the same thing will happen in the case of processor chips.
