Despite the announcements, none of the operators has yet published the commercial offer for the new terminals and none has opened a pre-order session for the devices, so you will have to be very quick on the evening of October 25 to buy a device.
I know that many of you are waiting for some assumptions about the prices at which the terminals will be sold, but it is difficult to say at the moment. We have only found out so far that some operators could give up dedicated subscriptions for the iPhone and will sell the terminals based on the current offer, but of course as separate from the subscriptions promoted as being suitable for the terminals, anyone will be able to purchase the device based on the existing subscription, the subsidy being calculated according to him.
Unfortunately, there may be a limitation regarding the purchase of terminals at the beginning, some operators may choose to sell iPhone 5S si iPhone 5C only to existing subscribers and new subscribers, standard price sales will not be available in the first phase. The strategy was also applied in the past years, the operators concentrating the existing stocks on the loyalty of the existing customer base and on its growth through new subscriptions, some temporarily marketing the terminals only for new customers.
Regarding the possibility of purchasing iPhone 5S si iPhone 5C on the night of October 25, I think that Vodafone and Cosmote will certainly organize events and have stores open to sell the terminals, and in the case of Orange we are probably only talking about the opening of some stores. In the country, operators normally choose to start selling iPhone terminals starting at 0:00 in the biggest cities, Bucharest, Iasi, Cluj Napoca, Timisoara, Brasov, Craiova and Constanta, being able to have open stores with units in stock. Of course, the online stores of all operators will have the terminals available for purchase starting at 12 o'clock at night, so you can order the terminal online and wait for it at home.
Considering that the initial stocks of terminals will be small, it would be better to be online or at a physical store to buy a terminal quickly, otherwise you could have a long wait.
