Apple Campus 2 – the first buildings appear in images (Video)

Apple Campus 2 is the future modern campus built by the Apple company in Cupertino, and in the video clip above we see new images of the progress of its construction. The images show the first buildings that "started to take shape" after more than 1 year of construction, a sign that things are moving in the right direction.

The first buildings that are visible from the air i am one between the parking garages, but also the building hall that will host the auditorium for conferences. According to some recent documents, Apple is paying over 160 million dollars for the latter building, in which an auditorium has been set up for future conferences dedicated to the presentation of products.

The campus builders have already poured the concrete that forms the access routes to the campus and started work on the construction of the underground parking lot. A special road will connect the underground parking lot with the main building around the campus, from where employees will have access to any of the buildings of the future location Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),.

Apple will arrange 5000 parking spaces for the up to 30.000 employees who will work there, but also for those who will visit the campus. Although the number seems small, Apple will also set up underground parking lots around the buildings, so that the tens of thousands of people who will arrive at Apple Campus 2 will have a place to park their cars.

Apple Campus 2 should be completed by the end of 2016, but for now it seems that it is far from being open for employees. Even so, the appearance of the first buildings on the land where the campus is laid out gives us the understanding that all the companies hired for the construction work, apparently, according to the plan, and in 2015 we will have a much clearer picture of what Apple is building.
