Only a few tens of minutes behind the company Microsoft submitted Windows 10 for computer and mobile terminal users. Although Windows 10 will be available free for Microsoft customers, the free will be valid in the first year after the upgrade, they having to pay for it after the first year. Microsoft's decision is not so surprising considering that Apple offers OS X completely free of charge to all its users.
In terms of functionality, Windows 10 brings back the taskbar accessible through the "star" menu, it being redone to have an improved look, the positioning remaining unchanged. Separately, Microsoft also brings an Action Center that provides access to the most used control options of the operating system, which also functions as a notification center.
Windows 10 is designed to automatically resize its interface for tablets and computers when a mouse or keyboard is disabled, so we have a versatile interface. Microsoft earns a good part of its annual revenues thanks to the sales of the Windows operating system, so offering it for free will certainly generate a serious decrease in revenues. Even so, Windows 10 is the first step towards offering the Windows operating system for free, both for computers and mobile terminals.
