Facebook si Instagram they are down this morning, so if you tried to access them and noticed that you can't load anything, well now you have the answer to the dilemma. The Facebook company did not announce the reasons on the basis of which the two services are unavailable, but it published a message on its website acknowledging the existence of the problem. The two services are not functional in the web versions or mobile applications, so you cannot use them to chat with friends, upload photos, or anything else you did before.
