The co-founder of Apple no longer believes in the company's ability to innovate

Steve Wozniak, one of the two co-founders of the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, recently spoke about his vision of the companies that have the ability to innovate in the future. Steve Wozniak is known for his free opinions, and this has brought a lot of criticism to the Apple company in the past, and the current situation is no different in any way.

Instead of those from Apple, Steve Wozniak believes that Tesla has a better chance of launching innovative products this year, which is easy to understand at the moment. Wozniak is of the opinion that Elon Musk, the president of Tesla, will invest in innovations that no one has thought of, almost the same thing being done by Steve Jobs during his lifetime.

His trust in Tesla's president is based on the fact that he predicted that electric cars will be extremely popular, but also that self-driving systems will have the same popularity. At the moment, Tesla sells the most electric cars among all manufacturers, its products being the most popular in this market segment.

Wozniak believes that Tesla was so successful because the cars were created based on what Elon Musk would have wanted to drive in everyday life. Believing that Tesla will go the same way in the future, Elon Musk says that Apple still has a lot to recover before it can offer innovations at least as good for the whole world.

"I think Tesla is on the best direction right now. They've put an awful lot of effort into very risky things. I'm going to bet on Tesla. They started with a car — the Tesla Model S — that made little sense in engineering terms in how much you have to build for what price and what the market will be. It was really built for Elon's own life. What car would he like? And when things come from yourself, knowing what you'd like very much and being in control of it […] that's when you get the best products."
