A growing number of phone users iPhone report that they found their Apple IDs blocked and that they are forced to change their passwords for their accounts. The clear reason for this action to block Apple IDs has not been revealed until now, but most likely we are talking about attempts to steal user accounts, made by some hackers.

A blocked Apple ID requires resetting the password by answering the security questions, entering the phone number associated with the account, or entering the code sent via SMS for 2-step authentication. The Apple company has implemented these security measures to prevent the hacking of Apple IDs by hackers, and those who have the protection system active, now feel what this means.

Mysteriously LOCKED Apple IDs on iPhone

Blocking an Apple ID automatically leads to the impossibility of using iCloud services until the respective account is unblocked, Apple Music and iMessage also being blocked. Problems of this kind appear when the password of an Apple ID is entered incorrectly too many times, but until now there have not been so many people affected by an attack by hackers.

We haven't quite yet worked out the pattern or the cause but we have received many reports of users waking up to find that their Apple ID has been locked, and plenty more are complaining on social media. Apple will lock accounts for many different reasons, usually when someone attempts to access an ID by entering their incorrect password too many times.

Those from Apple have not yet commented on the situation, although the number of those complaining is increasing, so it remains to be seen what they will do in this situation. No matter what Apple says, those Apple IDs won't unlock on their own, and you'll need to go through the steps to reset them.
