Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), confirms the rumors of the last months with the launch of a new type of USB-C charger for iPhone and iPad, that is, the model that until now was only included in the package of the new iPad Pro. More precisely, we are talking about that 18W USB-C charger that we have been hearing about for the last few weeks, which offers fast charging for Apple's iDevices.
As you already know, fast charging is limited to 18W on the iPhone and iPad, so Apple now offers a cheaper alternative to the 29W USB-C charger for the MacBook. Sold in the USA at the price of 29 dollars, + VAT, in Europe the new charger costs 35 euros, full price, and in Romania it is not available for now, but it will be.
To use this charger and quickly charge iDevices released in 2017 and 2018, you also need this special cable, facilitating the rapid transmission of energy. The charger that Apple offers for free with the iPad Pro should also be offered for free with the new iPhone models, but unfortunately Americans care too much about profit, rather than customers.
