More precisely, a Finn managed to convince the local ANPC that the updates installed automatically by Windows 10 in computers, without the user knowing, and which affect the computers, must attract Microsoft's responsibility, in this case, pecuniary.

In the opinion of the Board, the service was not carried out professionally and carefully and in the interests of the subscriber, as required by the Consumer Protection Act. The Board recommends that Microsoft pay the man a fee of over EUR 1,100 instead of the EUR 3,000 required by the man. Companies usually follow the decisions of the Board.
