GTA Online should have had a new DLC released sometime in the summer of this year, especially since the last one came in the fall of 2019, but it seems that the political situation in the US will keep the update away from people, at least based on a recent rumor.
GTA Online there should have been a new DLC centered on missions involving the fight with the police, but considering that Americans have been fighting in the street with the police in recent weeks, it is unlikely that Rockstar Games will release something like this in the game.
