Vodafone is one of the largest telecommunications groups in all of Romania at the moment, and for millions of Romanians all over the country, it has a very important request that everyone should know about. More precisely, the people from Vodafone tell Romanians to participate in the event known internationally as "Earth Hour", and for one hour to turn off all electronic products that consume current, as many others will do.
Vodafone says that the event will take place today between 20:30 and 21:30, and during this period Romanians are recommended to participate and turn off the lights in their homes, if any, and any kind of non-essential products. The idea of celebrating Earth Hour all over the world came to boost the reduction of resources of the planet we live on, which has a finite number of resources that end quite quickly, unfortunately for us.
Vodafone: The request for MILLIONS of Romanians from ALL over the country
Vodafone has been participating for several years in this special event that is held all over the world, and it is not the only company from which encouragement comes to respect our planet. The earth is very important, and since its resources are not infinite, we should try to protect those that we can protect, and Vodafone participates in this whole initiative because it knows how important everything is for humanity.
In the past, Vodafone also came up with recommendations of this kind for Romanians all over the country, and of course it continues them now because they are very important, and because they help to distribute the message to as many people as possible. Vodafone has not said how exactly it intends to participate in Earth Hour, but it will most likely turn off the lights in its headquarters around the world where it is present, and it will more than likely be seconded by other large companies.
