Netflix has revealed that no less than 142 million accounts from all over the world have watched at least two minutes of Squid Game, bringing two thirds of the total of those who have a subscription now. This is a truly impressive record because until now the series previously launched by the platform have not exceeded the threshold of 100 million subscribers who watched them for at least 2 minutes, so the achievement is worthy of all praise.

Netflix released a series of audience figures for its platform this year, and none of the movies or series that were included exceeded an audience of 100 million accounts.
