WhatsApp is secretly working on a big new change for many of the iPhone and Android users who use the app around the world right now, and we see that the idea of integrating reactions is moving forward. Those at WhatsApp want to give users even more reasons to be active within the messaging application, and that means giving people the opportunity to react to messages.

WhatsApp implements this functionality after Facebook, Meta, has already implemented it in other applications for billions of people, but now it also reaches the messaging one, as was expected for some time. WhatsApp: SECRET Change Revealed for iPhone and Android

WhatsApp Change SECRET Disclosed iPhone Android reaction

WhatsApp initially implemented only 6 types of reactions for iPhone and Android, but even if this functionality was tested so far only in the beta version, people started asking for more types of reactions to be available. Interestingly, WhatsApp has listened to what people want, so it decided to implement other types of reactions, which will be accessible through a special button visible above the keyboard for entering texts.

WhatsApp has implemented this button that expands the possibility of reacting to the messages we receive, but it has not yet included the new emoji characters that can be used by us to communicate with other people. This will of course happen as this functionality, still available only in beta version, will be developed even more, and before the launch in the public version of WhatsApp we will definitely find out everything that will be offered.

WhatsApp is currently working on many other extremely interesting changes that we should all know about, so we just have to look carefully at what is on offer and be patient until it is officially launched all.
