LIDL Romania officially states that its campaign dedicated to this functionality runs between 12.05.2025 and 01.06.2025, within the limit of the stock available in each unit. LIDL Romania requires that in order to participate, customers must open the LIDL Plus application, available for free on Google Play, App Store and AppGallery. Once installed, the application provides access to a special Click & Pick section, where it is necessary to first select the favorite store.
Reservations can only be picked up from the store chosen upon confirmation, and changing the store is only possible on the same day the reservation was confirmed. The reservation process takes place in four simple steps. The first step involves adding the desired products to the virtual cart, followed by confirming the reservation.
LIDL Romania also explains that users will see in the application the period in which they can pick up their orders, and any change or cancellation of the reservation will be accompanied by an e-mail notification. Thus, customers remain informed both in the application and by electronic message, maintaining control over their orders.

Payment is made at the cash registers, in the traditional way, without the possibility of paying in advance online. At the end of the pickup period, the reservation is automatically canceled, but users can place a new order immediately.
