CallTell este un vechi tweak pentru iPhone 3GS si iPhone 4 care rosteste numele persoanei care te suna. Mai mult decat atat aplicatia poate recita si textele din SMS-uri, deci e foarte utila pentru cei persoanele cu probleme de vedere sau pentru cei care pur si simplu nu au chef sa citeasca textul. Aplicatia functioneaza doar pe iPhone 3GS si iPhone 4, acestea fiind singurele iPhone-uri care pot fi jailbroken. CallTell se foloseste de setarile de sunet ale aplicatiei iPod deci daca textul recitat se aude prea incet modificati setarile pentru aplicatia iPod.
In cursul serii trecute o noua versiune a Call Tell a fost lansata, ea este compatibila cu iOS dar aduce si urmatoarele noutati :
