  New York Times, o publicatie care in ultima vreme s-a distantat de compania Apple, a facut un “profil” al angajatilor din magazinele companiei americane prezentand in detaliu modul in care lucreaza acestia. New York Times spune ca angajatii Apple castiga aproximativ 25.000$ anual, un salariu mediu si aproximativ egal cu cele oferite de alti retaileri, insa compania americana ofera angajatilor sai preturi preferentiale la propriile produse, asigurare de sanatate, imprumuturi prntru plata studiilor, abonamente la sali de fitness si posibilitatea de a achizitiona actiuni la preturi preferentiale. Practic Apple nu ofera salarii foarte mari angajatilor sai, insa le ofera alte beneficii pe care multe companii nu-si permit sa le faca.

  Anual un angajat al Apple produce 473.000$ anual pentru companie, insa nu stiu daca 10% din aceasta suma este oferita angajatului sub forma de salariu, bonusuri sau alte beneficii, avand in vedere ca New York Times sutine ca o parte dintre cei angajati la Apple sunt unii dintre cei mai prost platiti angajati ai unei companii de retail.     Dramatic… Dar, apropo de ograda noastra, ia ganditi-va cat produce un programator/QA pentru firmele de “intermediari” din Romania. Raportul e undeva pe la 8-15:1 intre ceea ce ia firma (de la clientii din vest) vs ceea ce ia angajatul sub forma de remuneratie lunara. Si, in foarte multe din cazuri, nu se ajunge la sume de genul 25.000$/an, dar despre asta nu se prea scrie, ca unui roman daca-i dai 1000euro/luna, in conditiile actuale, pupa si talpile sefului pt care lucreaza.
    Hai sa nu ne mai lasam barba sa creasca in semn de doliu pentru bietii angajati de la Apple, ca, in fond, si ei tot 8-10 ore/zi stau la lucru, ca si noi, si nu fac magie, doar vand produsele (de care, sunt incantat si eu, nu o ascund) si misca rotita lor din sistem.

    Pentru un vanzator e un salariu decent . Nu sunt programatori , nu sunt developeri , doar fac un singur lucru : completeaza pe un iPod datele clientului si apasa Print la factura . Inmaneaza produsul intr-o punga si gata . Nici macar nu trebuie sa faca munca de lamurire cu clientul , clientii stiu de ce vin in magazin , nu mai trebuie sa ii aburesti .

    Nu comparati preturile din state cu preturile de la noi, o colega care a prins bursa la facultate in state din 20 de mii de dolari cat e bursa pe an abea isi plateste cazarea

    Le da anumite beneficii pt ei ca firma(apple) colaboreaza si au reduceri pt colaborarea cu ei ! Insa eu si ei cred ca ar prefera banii in locul acelor beneficii si sa faci ce vrei tu cu ei ! Tu stii cel mai bine ce nevoii ai si ce cheltuieli !
