Hootsuite announced yesterday that it launched an application for iPhone/iPod Touch in the AppStore, which brings to the famous terminals the services for Twitter and not only from the famous company. Hootsuite offers users the possibility to log in and use several Twitter accounts at the same time, has support for lists and brings the "analytics" service from the web.
Hootsuite introduces an option that I, at least, have not seen on other applications of this kind, namely "scheduled tweeting", that is, scheduling your tweets to be sent at certain times. You just have to choose from which account you want to send the tweet, set the time and day and voila, you don't even have to have your computer open and your tweets will appear on Twitter.
The analytics service offers users the opportunity to see how many people click on the links sent by them, providing detailed statistics about the profile, day, time, and the number of clicks for each individual tweet/url.
The application is highly customizable and has an extremely easy-to-use menu, be careful not to get lost in the statistics.
