MuscleNerd just a posted a video on YouTube in which he shows us a rather "rudimentary" way by which you can send SMS using a tablet iPad 3G, of course this official features does not exist in the list of specifications of those from Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),.
It was assumed that iPad 3G will be able to make voice calls using the phone card and here is a first step taken by MuscleNerd who managed to send more SMSfrom a tablet Jailbroken iPad 3G but using the application iSSH to send SMS logged in as an administrator iPad.
So, SMS can be sent, how long do you think it will take until calls can be made from iPad 3G?
UPDATE: MuscleNerd has posted pictures of his T-Mobile card cut out to fit into the iPad 3G. It seems that a little bit of the face of the card needs to be cut out, but this does not affect the way it works at all.
