Orange increases internet browsing speed

Orange Romania a announced at the end of April that it increased the internet browsing speed, so that from now on certain customers will be able to browse the internet using an Orange connection that reaches a maximum speed of 14.4 Mbps per second. Although for Orange is a step forward, unfortunately, it is still a step behind the competitors from Vodafone si Cosmote who announced this year that their 3G+ network supports speeds of up to 21 Mbps, so the speed is 50% higher than that offered by Orange.

Before you get too excited, I want to inform you that only the owners of certain Internet traffic subscriptions will benefit from this speed OrangeAnd the iPhone(and any other phones) only the owners of the option My Smartphone, that is, those who had the misfortune of choosing an option with 500 MB of traffic for 9 euros per month. Looking back, Orange puts out worse and worse offers, before the option of 500MB internet with a speed of up to 3.6 Mbps costs 2.1 euros in Orange Young and 6 euros standalone, now they have raised the option to 9 euros per month and probably in a few on Monday they will take it to 12, following the same trajectory.

Unfortunately, the managers from Orange they made the offers in their sleep considering that I, as the owner of iPhone I have a choice at the moment either to pay 5 euros for 200 MB, 9 euros for 500 or 14 euros for 6 GB. A company that sells 2 models of iPhone should have a much more diverse range of offers for mobile internet, but we live in Romania, those from Orange I know this and I make these offers.

I can't wait for the release iPhone 4G, if even then the people from Orange, I will say goodbye to them after almost 6 years of subscription. It's simply not worth it anymore, these offers are made in jest.
