Video: endurance test for iPhone 4

The boys from iFixYour they thought it would be good to put the glass panels of the new iPhone 4 through a resistance test to check if everything Apple promoted about the resistance of these panels is true or just marketing. iPhone 4 is covered with 2 sheets of aluminosilicate glass, the same material used for the windows of helicopters or high-speed trains, a very hard material chemically treated to be up to 30 times more resistant than plastic, so an almost indestructible material, at least that's what Apple says, but in reality it's as fragile as the rest of the materials used in mobile phones.

I was not impressed by the fact that that iPhone cracked after dropping it a few times on foot, but I was surprised to see that the phone turned off after dropping it the second time on foot, and that scares me a little because the new iPhone 4 seems to be more fragile than other iPhone models. As great as the iPhone 4 looks, it could be a disappointment if these manufacturing problems affect more and more users.
