100 days until the release of iPad 2?

We all know that Apple is working on the iPad 2 tablet, we all know that it will be presented in a conference in January, but what we don't know is the date when distribution will begin. According to a article of an Asian publication, Apple is speeding up the launch of this year's iPad 2 tablet, more precisely the company plans to start distributing the new generation of iPad tablets from February 2011. Initially Apple had decided that the launch would take place in January, but due to the fact that the new version of iOS made especially for iPad 2 is still in tests and Foxconn, the biggest manufacturer of iDevices, has not yet finished its new factory.

The sources pointed out that the iPad 2 will ship as soon as the end of February in 2011. Apple originally planned to start mass production in January, but because the device's firmware is currently still in testing, Apple has been postponing the schedule. Since Foxconn's new plants in Chengdu are still in pilot production, iPad 2 will be mainly supplied by its Shenzhen plants, while the company's upstream component partners have all been notified of the shipments schedule.

According to the same article, Apple will introduce new baseband chips in the iPad 2 and iPhone 5, so it will make the decoding work done by the Dev Team more difficult, but I hope at least to improve the performance of the current chips. We are already on the 7th of December, there is only about a month and a half until the date when Apple will hold the conference where it will present the iPad 2 and the new version of iOS and all I hope is that Apple will "revolutionize" from new tablet industry.
