Text2Speech is a new application recently launched in Cydia that allows users to select certain words or pieces of text that will be recited by their iDevice. The application has its own interface where you have to write the text you want to hear and from it you can modify various aspects of the way that text is recited. From the application you can change the tone of the voice, the speed with which the respective text is read and you can choose one of the 4 different voices. The application is not the first of its kind, but it is quite interesting because it brings a functionality that many probably need.
Text2Speech is available for free in Cydia.
