iPad 2 launch postponed until June?

The publication Bloomberg quotes the analysis company Yuanta Securities Co. who claims that the launch of the iPad 2 tablet could be postponed until the summer of this year. The company made a market analysis report and indicated that the main reason for this postponement would be the fact that Apple's partners would not be able to produce enough iPad tablets until April due to some last-minute changes implemented by Apple. Basically, Apple would have changed some things in the design of the tablet and now Apple's partners cannot produce enough iPad 2 tablets for the launch which normally should have taken place in April.

Apple Inc.'s shipments of a new version of its iPad tablet computer may be delayed to June from April because of "production bottlenecks" at manufacturer Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Yuanta Securities Co. said.

Personally, I could think that Apple waited to see which tablets are presented at CES 2011 and MWC 2011 to introduce certain new functions in iPad 2, but I refuse to consider a possible launch in the summer. Apple launches the iPhone 5 in the summer and a launch of the iPad 2 would have a negative impact on the sales of both products because customers would not be able to purchase an iPhone 5 and an iPad 2 tablet in the same period of time. My opinion is that iPad 2 will be released in April, regardless of how many units will be available.
