If you still had doubts about the functionality of the Gevey 3G SIM card, as I had in Romania, well today I received a confirmation that these cards would work without problems and would unlock the iPhone 4. I don't have a video clip that confirm this but I am waiting for one so that this confirmation is 100% valid and I cannot recommend the purchase of this type of card. The person who tested it told me that he didn't actually call 112, but dialed the number, called it and after 2 seconds it hung up and the card managed to get a signal after activating airplane mode 2 times. For now, it is a partial confirmation and if it will be followed by a clip, then you can consider the purchase of a Gevey 3G card, although I remind you that it is not good to abuse the 112 service.
The Rebel Micro SIMCard is the second card that unlocks the iPhone 4, but these cards would do the decoding without calling the 112 service. A user of this site claims that he spoke with a representative of those who sell these cards and from the conversation it appears that these cards would work without going through the same process as at Gevey. I haven't managed to talk to someone there either, when I do I will let you know. Until then, you can also consider Rebel Micro SIMCards for decoding considering that they cost only $65.
