iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.4 and the possibility to unlock

If the release of iOS 4.3.4 is still predicted, I thought I would warn Gevey 3G card holders. In iOS 5 beta 2 Apple a blocked possibility to use Gevey 3G cards by introducing a new baseband that blocks the exploit used by the Chinese to decode iPhone 4 terminals. All those who unknowingly updated then could return to the baseband from iOS 4.3.3 and saved the situation but if iOS 4.3.4 will be released then things could change. It is very possible that Apple will block the possibility of unlocking using Gevey 3G cards by introducing a new baseband in iOS 4.3.4.

Of course, keeping the baseband from iOS 4.3.3 will still allow you to use Gevey 3G cards on iOS 4.3.4, but if you have iOS 5 installed now and the related baseband then I recommend you to return to iOS 4.3.3 because you will downgrade baseband. If iOS 4.3.4 will be released before you go back to iOS 4.3.3 then you will never be able to go back to the baseband from iOS 4.3.3 and you will have to keep that baseband from iOS 5. The Dev Team no longer says nothing about unlock solutions considering the problems we had in the past, so it is possible that after the release of iOS 5 no unlock solution will appear.
