The new MacBook Air and Mac OS X Lion launched on July 13

Those from 9to5mac received information from sources inside Apple stores who claim that on the 13th Apple is preparing the launch of new products. The employees were informed that on that day they will have to work during the night and Apple makes similar decisions when it has to prepare a store for the launch of a product. Considering that Mac OS X Lion is already a week since it was released in the GM version, it is very possible that Apple will officially release it then together with the new version of the MacBook Air. MacBook Air should bring the Sandy Bridge platform, Thunderbolt technology and new, much faster storage media.

We've heard from a few overseas sources that Apple Retail stores are planning 'overnights' on July 13th. Overnights are generally where Apple refreshes store displays and trains up management on new products. Sometimes it is big stuff and sometimes it is insignificant (at least to us).

Together with the new MacBook Air series, it is possible to see new MacBook and Mac Mini models launched, considering that the stocks of these products have been quite "thin" in recent weeks. Basically, Apple could include Thunderbolt technology in all its products, but for now we know almost certainly that only new MacBook Air models will be launched now.
